Live Someplace Better! We have over 50 great spaces available in Providence. Most of the apartments have been completely renovated in recent years and buildings are well maintained by Providence CoLiving! The rent includes heat, hot water, electric, water, sewer and WIFI. Space can be rented unfurnished, or furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk for an additional monthly cost. When you sign a lease with us, you become part of a single flexible month to month lease for the apartment, that just requires a 45 day notice and lease ending on the last day of the month of your choice. When you sign, you become part of the CoLiving Family and part of a single housekeeping unit!

The Roommates
Most of our spaces are occupied by young professionals, recently out of school, looking to start their career in the great city of Providence! We also have several mature student roommates, mostly in grad school, that attend Brown University, Johnson and Wales, RISD and other area schools. Several International roommates and many from throughout the United States! We do a background check on all applicants, so you can feel safe about the people you share an apartment (and building) with. Lastly, we want you to enjoy the apartment and the common spaces, but we do have a Quiet Enjoyment clause that we ask everyone to respect. Sorry no parties allowed!
Common Spaces
Kitchen, Living areas and Bathrooms are common spaces that you would share with the other roommates. Being part of Providence CoLiving means chipping in to keep these spaces clean and tidy. Several of our buildings also have great decks for sitting and enjoying the day or backyards for grilling that great meal with friends! We want you to feel and make these spaces HOME!
